Medical question about heart rates

I was just wondering, does being in cold weather (as in 5 degrees centirgrade or less) increase your heartrate?

Too many factors come into play to give a definite answer. More depends on your activity level and your core body temperature than on the outdoor temperature. With mild drops in core body temperature, your heart rate will rise, but if the core temp drops more severely, the heart will slow. And eventually stop.
