So has anyone seen “Men with Brooms” yet? The two hoity-toity Toronto papers panned it as unsophisticated, but apparently it’s been getting good box office returns all across Canada.
Does it do for curling what “Slap Shot” did for hockey? (And is that necessarily a good thing? 
)
Haven’t seen it yet, but my wife and I plan to eventually. My friend saw it and quite enjoyed it. He said it was very funny in spots and overall pretty good.
However, another person I know saw it and didn’t care for it at all.
If I see it soon, I’ll post a review or something.
Is it playing in the US anywhere?
no idea, but I would be surprised if it had wide distribution - maybe in Minnesota!
