I saw on some website or other, and my google powers are deserting me, that a city was discovered somewhere in South America with an unusual amount of blonde twins. Supposedly this was caused by Joseph Mengele doing his boys-from-brazil experiments over the last 40 years or so - is there any truth to this story? It rings my bull-bells but I can’t really put the finger in why.

Besides, “Mengele and the City Of Blond Twins” is a really crappy band name.
But it would be a great B-movie! 
I’m seeing a series of adventure books, like the ones Isaac Asimov wrote about Lucky Starr. Except they’d be more adult, as there’d be cities of blond twins. And Nazis. And blond twin Nazis.
Yes, but “Mengele and the City of Blond Twins vs. the Zombies” would be an even better one. 
And “Mengele and the City of Blond Twins vs. the Airship Zombies of Doom” an even betterer one.
