What you describe sound more serious than what I’ve had the occasion to witness.
One of my exes swore up and down that sexual intercourse alleviated her cramps.

I’ve heard that Queen Victoria used exactly that method. Of course, a number of her descendents had hemophilia, which had not been experienced in the family before and may have been due to a mutation in QV. [\slight hijack]

She does have Endometriosis.
Then has she tried hormonal therapy? BCP’s would be one place to start, if appropriate. Consideration of use of provera or danazol would be too, if BCPs didn’t help. Lupron might be considered (or similar meds) if the others didn’t help.
A good GYN doc who takes endometriosis seriously should be able to walk a patient thru the options.
