Menu at the last supper?

I have this calendar here with “amazing facts” on it every day, and this one claims that the Last Supper Menu consisted of
“probably lamb, matzoh …and maybe endives” but as usual there is no citation. Anyone have any idea what the evidence is regarding what was consumed the last supper?

i have a different calendar that also cites the endive salad as having a bleu cheese dressing sprinkled with walnuts. Thomas had the ceasar.

The Last Supper was (traditionally) a Passover Seder. If you checked current menus and rituals (start here) you might get a idea of what could have been eaten, but this question doesn’t really have a firm answer (due to an extreme shortage of hard facts) and will probably be moved to GD sooner or later.
