Meta Name & Search Engine Question

What would the best way to include the following meta names in my index.html file? I have heard that search engines are less likely to pickup pages with redundant information when they do their crawl. If I typed into a search engine “trade printing” would example #1 find it or do I have to spell out every potential search combination as in example #2?

Example #1
<META NAME=“Keywords” CONTENT=“printing, commercial, trade, four color”>

Example #2
<META NAME=“Keywords” CONTENT=“commercial printing, trade printing, four color printing”>

I’ll be placing this at the end of the last Meta Name
<META NAME=“Description” CONTENT=“MadeUpName.com”>

FYI I have already made up the robots.txt files. I think I have a pretty good grasp of them.
