Patton supposedly once said, “Any man who won’t fuck, won’t fight.” If this story’s true, then he’d be pleased to know that American troops still “got it.”
This story was reprinted in my local paper - which is going to cause problems, because one of the ships mentioned is homeported here. I Imagine a few wives will be meeting their husbands with tears, smiles … and newspaper clippings.
The article in our paper also mentioned that the prostitues in Tasmania are preparing for heavy business as well, when one of these ships has a port visit to Hobart (I think that was the port - going by memory here) in the next week or so.
