Michael Steele Doom Watch - A Poll, A Prediction, A Laugh Riot

J.C. Watts is apparently feeling itchy again, too.

The debate is whether they will hang him, or turn him into more of a house servant.

We tried for a debate but nobody’s willing to take the pro-Steele side.

I for one am taking the house servant side.

Yep, I’m seeing house servant. He’s auditioning for the role quite nicely.

Steele Threatens to Quit if RNC Undermines Funding Authority

Hah! Yeah right. Where’s Steele going to go after this gig? Besides George Bush, if anyone has most assuredly doomed himself to a life of ostracization and obscurity it’s Michael Steele. Who in their right minds would listen to anything he has to say after the debacle that is his tenure as head of the RNC? And that’s saying nothing of the myriad other failures that mark the body of his life’s work.

Hmm…I wonder if refusing his GOP bosses is grounds for “Enhanced Persuasion Techniques?”

-Joe

Last night on The Daily Show, Stewart showed a clip of Steele proclaiming that the GOP needs to “in the spirit of Ronald Reagan, saddle up and ride!” Or words to that effect.

Frankly, I liked the faux-hip-hop thing better.

I’m not kidding.

Fo’ shizzle, my nizzle! You go, boy!

Oops.

That … THAT is a threat? Jeez, that’s a dream scenario for the RNC. Implement tighter controls AND jettison Steele.

At this point, maybe that is exactly what he wants. Who would blame him?

I so want to see Steele ejected from his beloved massah’s house and continue to spout the party’s closed-minded, bigoted rhetoric like the lost dog he is. It’ll be interesting to see a man exhibit battered wife syndrome for a change.

Or maybe he’ll just snap, and become a younger, taller, yet somehow crazier and more deluded version of that self-hating lunatic Alan Keyes.

“Change in a tea bag”.

You can’t make this stuff up.

Perhaps the party will come to its senses and install the true leader as Chairman – Rush!

It doesn’t even mean anything. The whole tea bag movement is all things to all teabaggers–taxes, rampant socialism, bailout objections, Obama-hate–and the idea of change after three months of Obama (and eight years of Bush) means what, exactly? If Dems needed to respect the results of a questionably legitimate election in 2000, then why should the Pubs or the tea-baggers or whoever the fuck Steele thinks he’s speaking for get to call for “change” now?

Did you ever hear such generalities and inanities? Steele was arguing by anecdote–if you ever talk to the people in diners, at truckstops, blablabla–who the fuck does he think voted in the last election? He’s totally clueless. Almost feel sorry for him.

Almost.

LOL

"On his Wednesday radio show, Rush Limbaugh denied that he is the “titular head” of the Republican Party, yet at the same time he argued that the position was forced on him. He then resigned from this position, which he later concluded that he had at one time held. In his place, Limbaugh appointed Colin Powell. "

Maybe I need some more coffee, but, uh, why is this cool, again?

I don’t think I understand the question. Why would this supposedly be cool?
