I was more remarking on the fact that for all its “widespreadedness” touted by the media sources you mention, the really big players on the block don’t seem to be jumping on the bandwagon.

I’m probably just being paranoid, but does anyone know the pedigree of this blog? How long has it been around? I’m wondering how long this guy’s been a Clinton supporter, and more importantly, how long after the primary he’ll remain one.
Think it’s a front for a right wing blogger? It’s hard to know. His bio sounds made up.
I think it’s a fairly common MO in the blogosphere for troglodytes on the right to pose as Hillary supporters or to attribute their slimier accusations to his campaign.
No problem. Let’s speculate how lynching a black man for looking at a white woman would affect McCain’s campaign. I mean, just in case he did that.
A blogger on Kos says they’ve heard it. and Michelle is talking about Bush and asking rhetorically: Why’d he cut Medicare? Why’d he put us in Iraq for no reason?. . .
But even the Kos blogger doesn’t have a link to this video.
The “Why’d He” theory seems based on someone’s speculation who hadn’t seen the non-existent video, then rapidly made its way through that tiny/insane little hatosphere… Larry then posted it saying that Obama had denied the existence of the video even while “releasing a transcript” (some people called him on it, noting that the Obama campaign hadn’t even bothered with a denial and certainly didn’t “leak” the transcript, but that guy is so far removed from reality that it’s probably a lost cause… I honestly wonder if he’s just stirring up shit to get blog hits.)

Chill. This is hardly some serious issue. Next we’ll be all afeared of what the Freepers are saying. When Fox starts to talk about the alleged whitey video, then it needs a ‘fighting ignorance’ smackdown. Until then, let’s all just point and laugh at the crazy wingnuts, shall we?

Yeah, this is all right blogosphere (“blightosphere”) wishful thinking. They’re all trying to convince themselves that some kind of catastrophic revelation is lying just around the corner for Barack. There are even more inane stories than this going around. An ex-con on youtube says he gave Obama a blowjob. There is even a murder accusation (a choir director at Trinity church was apparently murdered a few months ago. Guess who must have done it).
Even some of mainstream righties are resorting to panicky refrains that Obama has “not yet been vetted,” and that there’s “sure to be more to come.” Don’t count on it. If there was anything real, Hillary would have found it. If she did nothing else, she sure as hell vetted him.
