Microsoft Office Picture Manager Question

I am connected to a lot of pictures online (tiff, I believe). At anyrate, I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to view them with. I look at a file, and press the arrow to go to the next one and it works well.
My problem: Say I have pics A_1, B_1,C_1,etc…populated when I open my file to view it’s contents.
I will select A_1 to print. when I use the Print option, a bunch of pictures print. On further inspection I notice that these pictures are the rest of the pictures related to A_1. When I press the arrow at the bottom of the page it takes me to B_1. I cannot access A_2, because the only way that I even know if I have A_2 is when I print it (or look at the photo wizard.) I need to view A_2 without printing anything. Can anybody help me?

I was looking through the file, and I think that it it the numerous frames related to the picture that I am trying to access.
Any help?
