As the title says Mike Briggs has died unexpectedly on Monday. He was the husband of author Patrica Briggs. She is best know for her Mercy Thompson series, although she was writing well received books before Moon Called the first of the Mercy Thompson books. He ran her website.
I saw this on her Facebook author page. I gather the death was sudden. He had been posting very recently.
He will be missed in the Fantasy, Urban Fantasy, Filking, Con and a number of other communities. I was saddened to hear of his loss.
