I shouldn’t think so. It was an oddball decision by Husted, as the law has been in place since 1980-something, and he is the first Secretary of State to interpret it as not allowing them to vote in presidential primaries. Even he was not trying to bar them from voting in other primary elections, only the one for president.

(They are not allowed to vote on ballot issues such as school levies, etc.)

I saw my first Bernie yard sign today. At 5pm after 90% of the FL electorate that’s going to vote had already voted.

Waaay too liitle waaay to late.

Not that yard signs are what moves the delegate needle, but they are one indication f where people’s heads are. And here in a grown-up D stronghold, they weren’t feeling any Bernie at all.
