Ok a while ago a local fire chief went missing – phone off. After a search his truck was found.
There is a dead body inside and has “yet to be identified”
I understand they are being careful, but who else’s body would it be?
If it was somebody else, “foul play is not suspected” would probably be false…
Again I understand these things take time but still seems weird.
Awful situation but I guess the family will have at least some answers soon (rather than months from now)
Someone who stole the truck. Someone who the fire chief lent the truck to. Someone who the fire chief gave a ride to. Someone who found the abandoned truck.
Sure, none of those may be likely, but whoever’s body was found isn’t in a rush.
According to further reports, Halverson’s truck was found in a remotely wooded area near Hayward, Wisconsin with a deceased body in the truck. The body was later identified to be Halverson’s.
