Just in–the judge in the Tyco case against Kowzlowski and Swartz has declared a mistrail due to “outside pressure of juror”. Don’t know if its the notorious Juror 4 or not. Jury just been dismissed with thanks.

Sounds like there would’ve been “guiltys” on at least some of the charges too.
Yes, it was juror #4. “Outside influence”, huh? I’m guessing this is going to get interesting.
I don’t know what the rules are for jury selection in the US, but here in Canada (Province of Quebec), lawyers, lawyers’ wives etc are not allowed to be jurors. Juror #4 practised law for two years, and came from a family of lawyers.
Hardly surprising that pressure was brought to bear on her.
