MLB: Manager notorious for doing nothing?

We have a guy in our fantasy league that is in first place, and has not once visited the website. I want to call him the [do nothing manager] of our league, so I’m looking for a famous manager who was notorious for not doing anything. Sort of the anti-Tony LaRussa - no double-switches, no extraneous pitching changes, no lineup changes, no hit and runs, etc. So far I’m thinking Tony Muser, but I’m hoping for someone a little funnier…

Suggestions?

Well, there’s always Charlie Dressen, manager of several teams in the 40s, 50s and early 60s who was reputed to say if his team could hold the opponent for the first seven innings, he’d figure out something to do in the last two.
