Does anyone know where to see the video for the MOAB test for free on the web? When I was watching the news about this thing I kept thinking about the song 99 Luft Balloons.

Not much to see, actually. Just a falling dot and a big cloud of dust and smoke
For those who don’t know, MOAB is a large non-nuclear bomb recently tested in Florida. It really stands for "Massive Ordnance Air Burst " but the joke is that it stands for “Mother Of All Bombs”. If the CNN link above doesn’t work, the Miami Herald also has a link to a video clip here. I haven’t watched it, so I’m not sure if it’s the same video.
Having just re-read parts of II Samuel, I thought this was going to be a thread about ancient Israel’s lesser-known neighbor.
OOPs… But, thanks for the information from everyone.
MOAB was named such (referring to Mother of all Bombs) from the time it entered development.
My understanding is that "Massive Ordnance Air Burst " was a moniker that was developed to fit within the commonly used “MOAB”.
Of course, I have no cite, but I am working on it.
This was my understanding as well. A More politically correct acronym most likely.
So the Iraqis will join the Maoris of ancient New Zealand and the ancient Israelites in often dying of moabite wounds?
