Lynn, I use a Droid X smart phone. Just loaded this thread up. I can see the colors in people’s posts.

Tapatalk on my iPhone presents monochrome text. Your colors (above) are rendered in black. My desktop, of course, is displaying the colors. So does Safari on the same phone.

The SDMB is using an older version of Tapatalk which can only do black and white. The latest version (3.1.1, I believe) correctly displays vB formatting tags, including color. It’s a very simple install (just untar the latest version into the mobiquo subdirectory and you’re done), if the admins have a free minute.

Does that mean if purplehorseshoe makes a post it shows the poster as simply horseshoe?
