Modern day Milo Minderbinders?

I was talking with a colleague this afternoon about his Vietnam War service. Among his stories were the typical ones about the wheeling and dealing supply sergeant who would trade enormous amounts of paper for lobsters, steak, and beverages, so he could put on parties which he charged servicemen $5 to enter. A true late-1960s Milo Minderbinder, he managed to live on his own mini-compound within a huge US base, all the better to execute his various plots, scams, and shenanigans.

So, I ask the current day service members on the Dope: any stories of modern day Milo Minderbinders that you’ve run into on your deployments?
