Regarding Munchausen by Proxy:
My mom says this case doesn’t qualify. I consider her a credible source… in fact she was the guest expert attorney on the Leeza show episode about Munchausen by Proxy.
I am familiar with some severely abused kids also being told they will die of some disease they supposedly have just to round out the package of hell and the damage done. Somehow there is for me some relief that for once a motivation can be seen. Dollars seem somehow cleaner than just because we can.
Poor kid probably has never dared to dream of what she may be when she grows up. I hope she gets a good therapist and fast. Growing up feeling disposable and beyond one’s use-by date is one of the cruelest things that can happen to any kid.
