Chilean sea bass, hot off the barbecue and ready for the appropriate accompaniments to be added. This is a fish that is famously rich and buttery, which I think comes through in the picture. Also known by the less attractive name of Patagonian toothfish, it’s relatively scarce and expensive, but well worth it!

Except for a brief title, the pics are supposed to speak for themselves.

Some months ago, I discovered a food called SPAM Musubi", and that I like it very much.

  So, she learned to make it herself, for me, and her version is better than any of the versions I have found from any other local sources.
