To be fair, the 2012 economy was much better than the 2008 economy.
I’m curious as to the national debt bit. How does the national debt hurt people? And how is the national debt a presidential issue? Congress sets the spending, Congress sets the revenue. The difference is the deficit. So how exactly is a deficit the fault of the president?
While I have my issues with the idea of “running government like a business*”, we didn’t elect a business man, we elected Trump. At best, he’s a used car salesman.
