More Bush Sex Allegations

There has been another scandalous story that never much made it off the internet, even though actual charges were filed against G.W. Bush.

Not many legitimate western news sources carried the story, even though I did find it on the english Pravda news website. The following link tells the story well, and also references an Austrailian newspaper that took the trouble to verify the details and publish the story.

Welcome to the SDMB.

A link to the column is appreciated, the one in question being What was the rumor about George Bush’s alleged marital infidelities? Please note that Cecil’s column is about George H. W. Bush while the link in the post above is about George W. Bush, the current President.

Also note that the woman in question was rather obviously floridly insane. Believe it or not, we kicked even this thing around a couple of years ago, but I can’t find the link. There is also a difference between “filing charges” and “filing a lawsuit”.

Welcome to the SDMB, yakyakyak. The X-Files are not a documentary.

The fact that even the US media, which will use forged documents to try to smear Bush, would not touch this with a ten-foot pole, might indicate something to you as well.

Shodan

Is this it?

Yes, that was it - thanks, Contrapuntal.

I note in passing that Ms. Schroedinger filed her lawsuit pro se. IOW, of all the lawyers in the US, she couldn’t find one that would take this case.

The conspiracy goes deeper than I thought…

Shodan

Oh, give me a break… talk about introducing sheer nonsense into another thread for no reason. Allegedly forged documents, and the press wasn’t using it to smear Bush put to report on what looked like a real and legit story… and even without the allegedly forged documents it’s still a real and legit story.

Bush has had a freaking free ride from the press, at least compared to previous recent Presidents, and it’s just insane for you to try to paint this one incident as some attempt by journalism in general to “smear” anyone.
