As the title points out, I have Adobe Acrobat 4.0. I have created a form, and I have several fields in the form that refer to data stored in an excell file. IE, name, address, phone number, city, state, zip code.
So my question is, “How can I make a form field in adobe acrobat 4.0 reference the data stored in an excel file?”
