Surely they have to hand it over if its part of a supoeaned investigation? I’m not too hot on American law, but something smells fishy.

They also let a Lion die in transit from 100 degree heat. Hmmm…

I saw breif footage of the attack on I belive Headline News. Obviously they did not air the complete footage, but the tape did get out to news services. Why can’t the USDA get it from someone else?
