It’s a shame those folks don’t realize that the increase in infections is only because there is more testing! If Texas would just test fewer people, there wouldn’t be dead bodies stacking up!

Oh, that’s easy to fix.
Just leave the bodies piling up outside. Once the coyotes or feral pigs carry them off then the death rate will look just fine. No increase in death certs issued, autopsies performed, casket sales, or cremations must mean there’s been no increase in deaths.
So of course it’s just more testing skewing the numbers.
But it’s almost a philosophical question of blame: Who is responsible for the bodies piling up in Texas, the ones performing the testing, or the ones who show up to be tested?
Those are fake dead COVID corpses.

California is obviously doing A LOT of testing.
Sure. You have fun.
California has plenty of make up artists (probably trying to collect unemployment) who can either make the dead folks look like they are “just sleeping,” or with a little touching up, they can be extras in any of thr “Walking Dead” series.
Of course, they won’t be walking.
Except maybe to the polls. SOMEBODY has to fill out all those fraudulent ballots!
