Well it’s been a quiet morning here, as manny folks are out today. Thus a chance to get a lot done without interuption. So I should be thinking deeply about the anticipated lithology of the expanded strat column we encounter as we cross a fault, and what seismic attributes might reveal to me about such. All I’m really thinking about are cheeseburgers.
Cool, you get to think about geology. I get to think about programming manuals. Yeah, that’s why I went to college.
I know what you mean, beatle. Right now, I’m supposed to be figuring out how to get matching meshes on these two areas so I can set up my coupled degree-of-freedom equations for a modal cyclic symmetry analysis. The thing is, although the geometry between the two areas is the same, the topology is different. More specifically, the keypoints and lines from the CAD import don’t match up. The thing is, at this moment I’m really thinking about cookies – soft, yummy snicker-doodle cookies.
Wait, I know something I can try! (Let’s hope this works.)
