Why was Moses depicted as Tron’s Master Control Program in South Park? Is there a cultural reason for it? Or is it just that Matt and Trey like Tron?
I dunno, but I just found the commentary on “Jewbilee” from season 3, which was the first episode to feature Moses as the MCP.

I never knew it was meant to be from Tron–I just thought it was funny. I also liked the fact that in Jewbilee Moses most desired macaroni art and sculptures made from soap.
My assumption is that it’s a play on Metatron.
