I can’t imagine just eating nice, fatty things to gain weight would be the best idea…
Avocado has something like 400-500 calories per fruit, and is packed full of nutrients.
Also, check out http://www.fitday.com - they have nutritional values of almost any food you can imagine.
Another thing I just thought of - Hungry Man brand pot pies. According to fitday, they have 976 calories each (!!). High in saturated fat, but also nice and high in protein and a decent amount of nutrients.
