I still laugh at Jim Carrey’s fart lighting scene in dumb and dumber
This is more of a “fart + every other bodily function” scene, but:
the epic wedding shop disaster from Bridesmaids.
I still can’t help from laughing at the creatively edited videos of televangelist Robert Tilton.
There was one in an episode of a TV show called Picket Fences that was funny. I think it was Tom Skerritt’s birthday, hewas blindfolded, and thought he was alone in the dining room.

Earlier in the movie, Jay had told the girls not to eat Mooby’s fast food, as it would make them fart. His advice was dismissed, of course.

Edit: That scene from The Hollywood Knights (above) cracked me up quite a bit as a teen. The nudity throughout kept me entertained in other ways.

Not so much a fart scene as a fart show, the Inherit the Wind episode of Roseanne is my favorite.
No no no no no…the funniest fart scene of all time is from “Love Stinks” with French Stewart. Let me set the mood :

Realistically, the Our Gang comedies should have been bloated with fart jokes, but that wasn’t possible in that era.
It seems the Japanese have a cultural affinity for fart jokes, and 1959’s Good Morning uses them liberally. Sorry none of its YouTube clips show any, but IMHO its worthwhile to see the whole movie.
for anyone that might be looking for this, it was actually 1983s “joysticks”.
Honorable mention should go to Bio-Dome, when Bud and Doyle (Paulie Shore and Stephen Baldwin) are farting, and then naming the chemicals that produced the fart…
