Not on film, but in Aristophanes’ The Clouds there’s a wonderful discussion as to whether or not the sound a gnat makes is a fart.
Harry in “Dumb and Dumber.” It goes a bit beyond just flatulence, but there was defeinitely some flatulating going on there.

The flatulence to end all flatulence HAS to be the satanic lettin’-her-rip in HENRY FOOL where the devil takes a mad dump. It’s really horrible and awful but you asked.
There’s also the less Biblical scene in NOT ANOTHER TEEN MOVIE which is incredibly gross and sans wit.
The sad addition of farts and belches in The Phantom Menace.

This is the perfect place to ask - In Sixteen Candles, when Anthony Michael Hall is dancing at the school dance to impress Molly Ringwald, does he fart at the end? There is a sound effect there that I could never quite figure out. I always thought either he farted, or his pants ripped.

In one of the Pink Panther films, Clueso is in a lift with the mafia don and some of his goons. Someone lets rip, and everyone eyes eachother suspiciously. Classic!
There’s one in Airplane!. PerhapsMafia! as well, but I can’t remember.
Other then the ones above the only one I can recall and one that I found funny was when Austin Powers farted in the hottub. I’m really surprised no one else has mentioned it.

I’m not a big fan of fart humor, but I have to point out the scene in Amadeus. Of course, the whole point is that Mozart is (at least in Salieri’s eyes) hopelessly vulgar.
