Most impressively sung single line of lyrics

Sure, but I prefer “…spit in my eye-y-EYE-eye…”

I got 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 M’s in my bank account, yeah

quote from 21 savage’s Bank Account

Dylan: Even the President of the U-Nited States sometimes must have to stand naked.

I tried to find a single line in Neko Case’s “Curse of the I-5 corridor” but couldn’t pick just one. Listen to the whole thing. It’s exquisite.

Not sure if this was mentioned yet - I didn’t read all of the old posts. My vote is for Justin Hayward singing Nights in White Satin’s line - Oh, how I love you. It is so heartfelt. I get goosebumps when I hear it.

Breath deep the impending doom
Watch fobs fall in every room
Bedwetting people look back and lament
Another day’s useless Depends are spent
Impassioned lovers wrestle as three
Lonely man cries for love and has me
New mother picks up and suckles the sea
Senior citizens climb up a tree
Cold hearted dorg that rules the night
Removes the greyscale from our sight
Reds are grey and yellow white
But we decide which is right
And which is delusion.

(And you read that in Mike Pinder’s voice!! Haha!!)

I always imagine Vincent Price’s voice!
