One of the greatest TV themes of all time: Route 66
I love that song, it is so COOL! (it’s not to be confused with the “get your kicks on Route 66” song).
It’s short, but the opening theme song to Lexx (the weird science fiction show) is memorable. Starts out with the Fight Song of the Brunen-G (“Yo-Way-Oh”) and there’s some …what, Tibetan prayer wheels whirring, and chanting. Also cool!
Also, great call (above) on the Hardcastle & McCormick “Drive!” theme song.
