I was surprised as well, but I thought it was a nice touch that portions of the service were translated into Jive.

I thought it was in bad taste to interrupt the televised procedings with a 15 minute “Infomercial” of Ron Popeil hawking his Dead Pope Soap-On-A-Roap making kit. :rolleyes:

I also thought it odd that the last thing said at the Mass was not “Amen,” but “When come back, bring pie.”
