Take a Polish saussage, insert cheese, cover in a 3/4" layer of ground beef, wrap with a bacon strip and grill.
Heart attack on a plate, but damn!
A cold stick of butter, dipped in caramel, deep-fried and sprinkled with confectioner’s sugar. Yum!

I’d have to give it to the good ol’ donut. Made with fat, fried in fat, coated with sugar. Sounds like a killer to me. mmmmmm…Krispy Kreme…
