Have any of the SDopers experienced motion sickness at a sports bar with multiple TVs going, possibly all TVs showing various degrees of motion? The family was at a sports bar restaurant. After maybe an hour of watching three TVs showing NASCAR, football, and golf…my son (age 11) became nauseous. It seemed to me he developed motion sickness from the TVs. It would help me to know if others have experienced this or heard of this being possible?
What did he have to eat?
How many jeager shots did he have? if the answer is more than 0, then there’s your problem.
We considered this, but my wife and daughter shared his generous portion. No one else had this reaction.
Well, the list of adult milkshakes on the menu were catching his eye…! 
I can share whatever it was has passed without incident. Maybe it was the TVs? Weird.
Does your son have motion sickness in other areas of life? I’ve had it since I was young, and I know many who have, but I’ve never heard of that. In the end his nausea could have come on from a bug he picked up elsewhere or something he ate earlier or something. It didn’t have to be because of anything that occurred right then and there. I’d be curious to know if he can read in a car or watch a train go by across the front of a car. I boarded a plane for the first time last year at the age of 39 and it was a nightmare for me. Motion sickness sucks.
