Rebooted/cleared caches lately? That seems to solve a lot of browser problems.
I sometimes get this. I just leave it for a while, it always seems to come back.
A middle manager, a mechanical engineer, and a computer programmer are in a car driving down the road. The engine begins to sputter and run roughly, and the car slows down. They pull to the side of the road.
The middle manager says, “Let’s call somebody, and then sit here and wait for however long it takes for them to arrive and help us.”
The mechanical engineer says, “I don’t know anything about cars, but I bet I could dig around under the hood and yank on a bunch of stuff until I figure out what’s wrong.”
The computer programmer says, “I think we should turn the car off, get out, wait a minute, and then get back in and see if that fixes it.”
just as an aside - is it ‘not working’ on an old thread? or current ones. Current ones should work. older threads don’t IME.
I find that it stops working if I have a search screen open, i.e., if I’m doing a search in Outlook in Windows Explorer, then no popups appear. I’m guessing that the search screen is a popup window, and my system can only have one popup on screen at a time?
Yeah, I have no previews on my laptop but I do on my PC at work.
No one has been able to correct it.
I find that if I run AdAware or SpyBot it comes back.
