Mousketeer Dennis Day has died

Article. Murdered by his handyman in a small town in southern Oregon. The guy had quite a life, but in his latter days were reduced to living on Meals on Wheels and being pretty much a recluse who couldn’t do much for himself.

Ah shit, wrong forum. Somebody move this thang.

Note, Day had not been seen since July, 2018 and a body was discovered in Day’s home in April, 2019. They only confirmed Day’s death last month and announced that three suspects have been arrested last week.

“Abuse of a corpse”; jesus fucking christ.

Moving from Thread Games to Cafe Society.

That is so sad…

I was a big fan of the original Mickey Mouse Club, ca. 1956. My biggest worry was that by the time I got old enough to be a Mouseketeer, they wouldn’t have them any more. Which is exactly what happened.

See ya real soon, Dennis.

Why? Because we like you.

“Investigators haven’t said where exactly in the house they found Day’s body or the condition of his remains. They also have declined to say how Day’s body could have been overlooked in previous searches or whether it had been moved into the home at some point.”

Sherlock Holmes they ain’t.

A podcast called The Vanished did an episode about Dennis Day…yep, local cops dropped the ball there.
