Don’t remember a computer virus in ‘Goldeneye’ (although there was a scene where the computer whiz used a program to cloud his location by routing his connection through a multitude of servers) … the McGuffin there was a satellite that contained a nuclear (?) device that when detonated would create an EMP.

There WAS a virus/malicious program in ‘Skyfall’, though…
