I can’t think of anything better than Airplane. Any film that requires close attention might be a bad idea. Airplane is still funny --IMO-- and there’s a chance 19 yo kids haven’t seen it. I don’t remember explicit sex scenes.

I recommend Big Fish to anyone young or old.
The closest it comes is the NO FUCKING warning sign in the aircraft, and the woman who steps out and shakes her boobs during the everyone-panic scene. Oh, and the smooching in the surf a la From Here to Eternity.
