There are some movies that the first time you don’t give a cent for them.
Later, you realize that you start perceiving some subtleties you didn’t catch before, and some of them end becoming one of your favorites.
I notice that with Eyes Wide Shut, The Bridges of Madison County and My Best Friend’s Wedding. They slowly grew on me and now I like them very much.
Do you have any? I’m curious because I’m not the only one.

Don’t get me wrong, the first time I saw it, I did like it. But with each viewing since, my appreciation for the movie has grown, now nearly to the point that it is one of my favorite comedies and by far my favorite movie to see when intoxicated.
Vanilla Sky was one that I didn’t fully appreciate until I’d had time enough to mull it over.
