Fritz Lange’s “M”, the criminals all band together to find a child killer and put him on trial. Of course they only do this because the extra police out to find the child killer are making their own criminal endevours harder.
Yeah, but some parents will ASSume that I have given them a “safe” list. I would prefer to not face psycho parent who thinks that the merit badge teacher has encouraged their kid to watch female masturbation… (She should hear her kid on campouts when I listen in on the kids in their tents).
The list on the website stinks (hence my request to the Dope for help). The Passion of the Christ as a movie about getting involved with a local community?
A Bug’s Life. One ant convinces the rest of the ants to stand up to the grasshoppers, who have been forcing them to collect food for them for the winter.

My only problem with Hoot would be the support of eco-terrorism. (Does every Carl Hiaasen book have eco-terrorism? ) After seeing Hoot I tried explaining to my son Dweezil that vandalism is illegal, no matter how cute the owls were. No dice. Otherwise, Hoot is good. No sex - even implied. Very little bad language - if any. Good guys (and owls) win.
What about Hotel Rwanda? I haven’t seen it, and I’m sure it’s pretty heavy going, but the guy did save a lot of lives.
The 10th Kingdom: an ordinary handyman (John Larroquette) and his daughter (Kimberly Williams) get caught up in political intrigue in a land where fairytales are reality.
