Great neighborhood! I lived on Avenue B, between 2nd and 3rd for a couple of years.

OMG, so DMark, I just got a near-hysterical call from them. First, apparently the apartment itself is very beautiful though smaller than any of us are used to.

Yeah..that happens in Manhattan.
I would suggest that if they want to do that, your next startup venture be a hedge fund.
I lived in the East Village for like 5 years. Alphabet City is actually pretty “advanced” when it comes to first Manhattan neighborhoods. Mostly people move into the Upper East Side or Murray Hill with everyone they went to college with, live Friends/How I Met Your Mother style for a few years and then move to the suburbs when it gets too expensive.
Also, I suggest getting some hot dogs from **Crif Dogs **on St Marks because they’re awesome.
Brookline is not in the middle of Boston. It is a town in it’s own right and is not even in the same county as Boston.
Thanks for your contribution!
We just went with the availability on Craig’s List, which at the time we were looking was either Lower East Side or Upper West Side based. We haven’t made a firm decision on relocating the company from Boston to New York as of yet. It’s more that our incubator/VC funders are out of New York and they insisted we be on site for 3 months. Oh, and our new lawyers. Maybe we will move it there though-it makes our life quite easy.
We enjoyed the first week quite a bit, but like I said, we spend as little time in our own apartment as possible and at least 2 out of 3 are us are flying around for sales so the apartment size hasn’t been as oppressive as we thought it would.
The dog is iffy on New York though.
