I’m in the market for a drift boat, not a sailboat unfortunately.
It does look like an absolutely beautiful piece of property.
Indeed, fast and choppy - so much so, that this carpet cleaner back in the early 90’s often had to go back to the vessel to clean up more puke. 
ok - please tell me that you are not getting rid of that awesome, tall set of stairs next to one of the boats.

If I lived on Marrowstone, it would have been taken off your hands. Looks a little tipsy, though, if you were standing at the top and happened to lean a bit.
I’d take the Subaru, if gas wasn’t $5 now.
