I have MS Access XP.
I have developed a report, and I need each record in this report to be sorted by Date (one of the fields in the report). How do I do this?

have you tried the “sorting and grouping” button on the toolbar. You can twist your report all kinds of different ways with it.
Personally I find it easier to make the underlying query do all the sorting then just have the report format it.

While we’re at it… anyone have any idea how to remove the navigation controls at the bottom of a form?
The properties of the form itself (not the detail section) include;
Record Selectors (Yes/No) and
Navigation Buttons (Yes/No)
Play with these and the other settings on the Format tab to get the look & feel you want
