Reading the full story is just awful, awful, awful. These people are just going to STARVE.
Sad to say, but the Korean government simply doesn’t care. I’d be more than happy to give them food, but as it is, it appears that US aid is not even getting to Korean people. rather, the government is handing it to the army.
I think they have the world’s largest army-citizen ratio.
