Hmmm. You make a good point. Although, we would have North Dakota’s nukes too (I’m counting ND as the Plains), and the entire fleet of American B2s are in Northwest Missouri (or at least were until a few years ago). Given that all the targets in CA are packed close together, while the targets in OFES are separated by miles and miles of miles and miles, I think it’s a fair fight.
