I need some official info on Multi-system atrophy, also know as Parkinson’s Plus. My stepfather has it and Revenue Canada is giving him serious grief about claiming diability. We are hoping to gather some info to send it in with his next application. We have already gotten three separate doctor’s reports detailing his rapidly failing health (he is three years in to it). Any sites or ideas??

It is important that at least one the doctors providing the reports is a neurologist.
There seem to be a number of sites on the net. I used “multisystem atrophy” and got a bunch of hits from Yahoo alone.
This site looks very good although it is clearly not written for a lay audience.
