I think most people don’t get milk in bottles at all anymore (though presumably some still do)

New ones are still being made. I happened to be in Wal-Mart this afternoon, and thinking about this thread, I strolled through the electronics department to take a look. There was only one model, an RCA, and it was dirt cheap, about 8 bucks. It had AM and FM, although it was an analogue tuner. Granted, there is no longer a market for them, but should you really, really want a new one, they aren’t hard to find.

Not audiophiles, musicians. Electric guitar players anyway. They prefer tube amplfiers, and there isn’t any debate. Several solid state amplifiers are engineered to produce “that tube sound” as well.
