My battery picked a good spot to die

I’m parked right in front of a gas station. Convenient thing, it is, to work right next to a gas station.

My Battery dies right in front of te ony busines along a road that is about ten mile of vinyards. How cool was that. I was able to go inside and use their phone and get a toetruck out to me without much walking. It also died in front of a Kragen autoparts sote once too. That was really nice because I needed a new battery, not a jump. I went inside bought a battery installed it and left. It only took about fifteen minutes. It was sweet. Those were the only times that my batter had died. talk about lucky.

Lucky.
My alternator, battery, and fuel pump all went at the same time. I was in the center lane of the interstate at the time, 45 minutes from my house.

 I hope you didn’t have to walk much without any toes! Thank God they can deliver toes by truck now!

Opps, sorry. I meant TOW truck. I really should have used my preview button that time. Looking at that whole post, it was a mess. I should be put out my stupid Misery.

We don’t hold it against you, She-Ra, Princess of Power!

I remember when I was in Seattle seeing a Toe Truck – it was a tow truck with five big pink toes on top of it. So you’re not completely out in left field.

This really ought to be a thread about a run in with a vibrator.

Best place to die (well fuel line froze and ran te battery down trying to start it) - Right on a hill - early morning about -40F (is equal to -40C if you care) in the winter. Tried to call the auto club they said about 6 h wait (due to everyone getting stuck). Got in car and rolled it down the hill right into a service station - they got it going in 1h and still got to the ski area on time
