I have lost around 25 pounds ( with more than 100 left to lose) and I have been swimming an hour/quarter mile about 5 days a week. I always had good blood pressure, usually 120/80 or 70 - but it’s down to 105/70!
I want you to know the only reason I’m posting here is for notoriety. I’m glad you got good blood, but what matters in the long run is fame. To get fame, you have to post to places like this, getting in at a cool second place. Thank you very much for this opportunity.
Well done, Stoid! A few years ago mine was so low that I had to start adding salt to my food - something ridiculous like 70/40. (On several goes, using different pumps, not just a fluke on a bad device). It’s a wonder my blood didn’t congeal.
